This restaurant is beautiful and all food is very delicious.Very nice service too.
No deliveries, but they accept phoned in take-out orders, and they have parking spots specifically for picking up your orders.
Norms never closes. 24/7
Nope
It's where life happens. Great staff. Find better food at lower prices. I dare you.
We always loved Norm's but really appreciated it when they reopened! Social Distancing now in place and same great food!
Awesome customer service steak and eggs were delicious in pancakes hash browns
Wonderful staff working hard for you during this virus.
Great staff get takeout for my family every Sunday Morning. My daughter loves the sausages. Been coming here for years and staff works hard and cooks make everything so delicious
A nice American classic old school place. Open 24/7. Big portions and reasonable prices.Friendly staff.
Because the patio area had a tarp that was old and very dirty the service was good but eating in a dirty area is disgusting
Awesome bfast joint. had a lovely waitress too
Food was good. Service was decent. Didn't knock my socks off, but I would happily return.
It was amazing great service and food even if your a picky eater such as me.5/5
Very digusting shrimp was fried in old greese and had a after taste. Steak was very little and also your mushroom chicken afado smelled like throw up🤢
Came here to celebrate my mother's bday today with family friends... The staff was very accommodating... we'll be coming back again...
I went to norms restaurant after so long and injoy the dinner I had there
I ordered for pickup through the GrubHub app. The food is self was fine. The -1 star is for the service. I ordered one hour ahead of pickup time figuring that they would be busy during dinner. I showed up 1 hour later and the girl at the register walk to the tablet where they online order would be and printed some paperwork. She never came back and told me what happened. instead of telling me the truth, that they forgot to retrieve the order, she lied and said they are still cooking my food. thank goodness for another younger kid who was working the counter who came up to me and asked to see my order of my phone. He looked at the order, check the tickets, and verbally told the chef that this was a super rush and I had my food in about 5 minutes. The food was fine the service from the young kid was great. Brenda was trash.
We are from Utah and was introduced to NORMS by my in-laws a few years back. Eating at NORMS is a tradition before we head back home. Thanks for the great food and amazing service!
Been going to Norms since I was a kid. Food was still great. Nice portions as always and they cooked my turkey bacon and sausage AWAY from the pork and beef grill and it came out excellent! Nice friendly staff. Only issue was slow service and parking is tricky.
My wife & I were in LA during June of 2017 to visit our son & embark upon a road trip to Joshua Tree National Park and the Grand Canyon - it was Father’s Day & we ate a nice Sunday breakfast here. The food was great! Stop in if you need a good meal and surround yourself with more of what the City of Angels has to offer.
One of the last (or the last) restaurant at west Los Angeles where food is real, good and affordable. Perfect for seniors, families and anyone that enjoy diner style food. That's why I love it.
Be warned that homeless people take over the restrooms and block the doors with their wheelchair preventing other patrons from access. It was very aggravating to have to flag down a worker or manager for assistance and they were very slow at responding which made the experience even more maddening. There is no excuse and management should be on top of making sure this doesn't happen. 3 stars because the food and service is always good but it can get pretty hectic and packed like sardines with the limited seating like people eating on top of each other.
Great diner food! Love the mozzarella cheese sticks with their marinara sauce. Their flavored lemonades are delicious. The service is quick. The staff is pleasant.
Not only is this place nostalgic, but the prices are quite competitive as well. The decor is that of the 1950s diner, which—in my opinion—gives it a real homey, family vibe. The food is properly flavorful and is in healthy portions. Those who work there are outgoing and help to maintain the 1950-era atmosphere.
The food is good and affordable. I ordered a simple meal, a salad with meatball soup and a tuna sandwich. I payed no more than $10.
I got them delivered and I was so surprised how generous the portion is. I had to save one for later! They are pretty spicy(enough to give some kicks) and I loved the fries. They have this sweet taste as if there was maybe sugar/honey glazed over it ??I think once you finish one burger, it gets bit tiring to eat the rest but maybe it's because of a big portion but I would recommend ordering one and sharing and order some different food from the menu to keep the variety!
Hands down the best cheap diner food in LA (this location specifically), and that's not even incorporating the fact that they're 24 hours. Don't get me wrong, I love a good sandwich on rye at Canter's or a turkey dinner plate at The Pantry, but when I want soup AND salad to come with my meal and I only have a jar of change, there's really only one option west of Fairfax at 3PM, let alone 3AM.
Been going to the La Cienega Norms for twice a week now. Plenty of eggs, pancakes and waffles. I chose to try the steak and eggs. Although the pricing was very reasonable. They're service is the best , felt like part of the family. Great food, great atmosphere, great service!
Norms is an old fashion diner with comfort food. I had a meatloaf dinner. Yummy !!! Give them a try......open 24/7. They serve a good breakfast too.
Great food. Nice and responsive service. Attentive to Covid precautions! Love it!
NAMMYOHORENGEKYO Just hoping you're well. Sending peace and blessings to you..》¡》. Sincerely, casanova Wilson
Good. Especially sense they gave me an extra piece of Bacon. It said only 4 Bacon's but I got 5. That 5th bacon was more crunchy then other 4 but Bacon's bacon. I like bacon. If I was a bacon I would eat myself.
I love Norms. The attendants are very attentive. Tasty dishes with generous portions. Prices are great. Always with good deals. Typical decor of a classic American diner. It has free parking for customers. It is open 24 hours. Great option on WeHo for a meal.
For a great old fashioned ham and eggs or steak and eggs breakfast there is no equal in the area. If it's some flap-jacks your craving they serve up a mean stack of those too. The servers are nice and good at their job. They're there when you need them and not when you don't. To me that is great service.I definitely recommend this place. Thumbs up to Norms!
Came here on a whim to meet some friends for Sunday mimosas and brekkie and was knocked off my feet! To start - the happy hour mimosas are $5 bucks and are really tasty. The eggs were done perfectly and thought there was a bit more oil at the bottom of the plate, I joyously sopped it up with the bread till there was no more.
This location was updated recently, which is really nice since there's hardly any locations around anymore. Breakfast is still yummy, and the veggie omelette is delicious, especially if you add spinach to it, minus the onions for me! Their famous pancakes are still fluffy and light. Yum...
Always a good reliable staple. The food is hearty, full portions, and yummy. Our server was great (Lily) and service was prompt. We had dinner options and everyone left full. We will be back again of course and look forward to next time.
Love it! Typical diner in a mid-century building. This has been there since 1949. It's great to see restaurants like this that has great food and an extremely relaxed atmosphere. A real gem! Glad to see restaurant like this still around as opposed to being turned into a tiny strip mall or more condos.
Feel like your having food whit your closest friends and family. Every one is super friendly
Grew up three blocks from this Norms. Tgis location is phenomenal! Great service, great food and you really never know what rock star or other type of celebrity is going to pop in. A West Hollywood legendary eating establishment.
Norms is a classic L.A. family style restaurant. I love this place. The service is excellent and they are a very busy place. That means everything to me. Great atmosphere, good prices, awesome food and so many yummy choices!!!Enjoy your meal!
Absolutely great service! Very friendly manager and our server was absolutely the best. I can't remember her name but she had a pixie hair cut and had black hair and was Asian I believe? She went beyond and above for us. This is definitely the best norms I have eaten at. Recommend!
I had an awesome 1\2 BLT, salad, and gumbo lunch special, which was delicious! The service was friendly and quick even though it was packed! The atmosphere is relaxed and casual..."But wait, there's more". Sat next to a wonderfully charismatic, interesting and talkative gentleman who turns out to be the infomercial king, Mr. Ron Popeil!!! Thank you Norms. Thank you Ron. The pleasure was all mine!
They have great comfort food, and serve breakfast all day. The food tasted amazing and the service was great. Since this restaurant has been open for many years you get more of an older crowd.
My first sit down meal since the pandemic had to be special so I came to norms. Cant beat it. Everything is delicious. EVERYTHING!
You really need to deal with your cooks who work night shift. They make the food really disgusting. Please at least have the decency have making your cooks better at this location. I had bad waiter as well who apparently can patient.
Been going to the La Cienega Norms for almost 30 years. All the meals, except for one (chicken fried steak was miserably soggy) have been on exemplar. Definitely a popular place a.m. or p.m. there's always at least 10 other diners there. For the most part the servers are attentive even when it's busy and the cooks make your food to order (over easy, rare...). Best all hours restaurant in LA by far.
EXCELLENT Service. I Just Love The Way They Made My Food. Extra Well Done On My Steak, Delicious 😋👍❣
Best place to get breakfast and great value for money. I was hungry, so it was a good job they were open 24/7. Always busy which is a good sign that they know what they are doing and doing it right.
Great service, great food, wonderful waitress and clean restrooms.
Norm's is one of the only classic old school diners left in Los Angeles. The cast of characters ranges from homeless people to midnight ravers, two cops, two hipsters. The food is very inexpensive, the meals are huge, and the food is healthy. It's an absolute classic for breakfast, after church, family meals ever that was on a budget. Good food
It's nice place, where you can eat 24/7. The food is pretty good comparing with IHope, Denny's, but the personnel could be nicer.. their smiles sometimes can't be more fake than they are. In general I like this place. I like the veggie omelette and dish with fish...it goes with soup and salad..
